CJC Lee (Saxthorpe) Ltd is a family owned, progressive farming, agricultural contracting and haulage business based in North Norfolk. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a experienced, committed and enthusiastic operator to join our team based at Saxthorpe.

This role will suit either a full-time employed or a seasonal part time candidate.

Main Roles

• Loading approx. 120,000t of sugar beet
• Driving a brand new JCB 435s and operating a CTM 9000XL machine
• Routine maintenance of equipment

Additional Roles

• Cultivations
• Drilling
• Grain Carting
• Yard & Grainstore logistics

Key Criteria

• 21 years old and over
• Good communicator
• A “can do” attitude
• Preferably experienced in loading sugar beet and running a beet loading gang
